budget for 2008 is about php500k. breakdown is as follows:
1. 50k - ulshs chapel contribution
2. 70k - raffle prizes
3. 100k - reunion day expenses (food, etc.)
4. 100k - 5 computer desktop for ulshs
5. 180k - for school events during the year, to be sponsored by batch '83 (this is a must!). at the same time, some of it may be used as a buffer fund
