B 82/83 coordination meeting - 11 aug 2007

Hello guys!

The following transpired in the coordination meeting between Batch 83 and Batch 82 held last Saturday at Tony Vallejo’s Kambingan sa Barangay.

Meeting started at 3:00pm.

Attendance:

Batch 82 : Jerry Marcelo,Theresa Mina, Polet Silverio, Yolly Miranda, Jesusa Tiu, Ige Agustin, Mr. Bautista, Mr. Rolando, Mr. Banggot

Batch 83: Erlinda Dy, Mary Joy Marquez, Grace Guzman, Marlie Baldonado, Ginalyn Corpuz, Antonio Vallejo, Dr. Pilita de Jesus, Percival Pascual, Anthony Miranda



Agenda:

1. Batch 82 is requesting that Batch 83 extend support and assistance in the ULS Grand Reunion 2007 that they will be hosting. The request was well taken. However, it will be properly addressed and discussed by our batch officers in the next meeting.

2. We have already decided to adopt yellow as the official batch color with Ruperto’s front and back design.

3. As regards Batch 83’s involvement in the 2007 ULS Foundation Day, former Cong. Anthony Miranda was kind to lend his Home Theater System for the batch’s Theater Booth. Problem is we still don’t have DVD/VCD copy of new films that we think will be patronized by ULS high school students.

We are also tapping Mae Fajardo’s burger machine to operate in the affair.

4. We might adopt the idea of coming up with a commemorative ring which we hope to sell to graduates at P1,000.00 for those who are locally based, and P2,500.00 for those overseas.

5. Collection of pledges will start in October 2007. Payments of the Batch 82 Raffle tickets may now be remitted to Miss ERlinda Dy.

6. Meeting was adjourned at 4:30 pm.
