Meeting started at 3:00pm.
1. Batch 83 participation in the 2007 Foundation Day celebration will be limited to the motorcade on September 19, 2007. Booth Rental is P5,000.00 for the whole duration of the Foundation Celebration and ExCom officers find it impractical to operate the theater booth.
Batch 83 graduates who are joining the motorcade are requested to wear the yellow shirt distributed last April 2007.
Tarpaulins and balloons were ordered to decorate the vehicles that will be used in this event. Meeting place : Heritage Commercial Complex 7:00 am
2. Erlinda DY-Villaroman has received a P4,000.00 contribution for the batch last Saturday. Said Contribution will be deposited on Monday. P2,000.00 revolving fund was set aside for the miscellaneous expenses
3. There is a scheduled medical mission on October 13, 2007 at Barangay Calao East. This is a joint activity with Batch 82.
4. The batch was also given ten (10 ) solicitation letters to raise additional funds for the ULS Chapel.
5. A suggestion was also raised during the meeting for us to consider donating a fiberglass basketball board with Batch 83 inscripted on it.
