meeting: january 12, 2008

the meeting was ok although there were just a handful who attended. we were:

We have set 2 timelines and quotas to be met:

January 15-March 15, 2008

Collection Quota- PHP 209,000
Contacts - 189 graduates

2nd
April 1- June 15, 2008
Total Collection-P503,000
Total Contacts- 503 graduates

Within this time line, the officers should have planned and scheduled the different outreach programs and foundation activities to hold and implement in July-September 2008.

June 21- Start of program/Project implementation

By March 15 we should have collected an additional amount of PHP 209,000 and have reached out to 189 fellow batch 83. Coordination/visitation and information dissemination will start January 19,2008. Antonio Vallejo and Val Pascual are in charge of mapping areas where Batch 83 members live. In each visit, officers should identify batchmates who are really unable to give, and get pledge from those who are willing to help financially, and schedule date of collection. Officers should invite all contacts to future undertakings/activities of the batch. General assembly can be scheduled on March 22, 2008, Black Saturday. Planning for other batch activities shall be planned and scheduled after the first quarter.
